If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we hope you will be!) we accept returns within 14 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of a STORE CREDIT GIFT CARD (AS OF 07/13/2021). Shipping costs/fees will not reimbursed. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for a return.

- ANY OF OUR "VINTAGE ITEMS + CUSTOM DENIM" ARE FINAL SALE. Here's why: we work long and hard to find the perfect vintage. It is a hot commodity and expensive to ship. With the high demand of these custom items, we do not allow returns on these. Please view description to ensure you get the right size.
- ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST be attached.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
- If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
If your order meets our return policy, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)! No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:
